These had a little damage and after the damage was repaired and the rim was polished, I gotta say they look way better than new. You can really see the difference in reflection.

Had this one last week. The clear was peeling on two of the wheels and had some light curb damage in the other two.

Nice Acura but nasty wheels. These where all repaired. The wheel pictured below was the worse of the four. The customer wanted a finish with a little bit more metallic than factory. They turned out really nice specially when the sun shines on them.

This car was scheduled to be returned after the lease agreement was up. The wheels had some damage that would have cost the customer a preety penny to cover under the lease contract. For a fraction of the cost of paying the lease company I was able to make the wheels look like new again. The car passed inspection and the customer ended up not having to pay the exortbitant amount for which the dealer would have asked.

These had damage around the edge on all four wheels. I did not have to fix the spokes since they did not get any damage. From an 05 M3. These are not the black chrome wheels for which I am still working on getting the right paint for.

I also refinished two wheels on and Audi A4 with chemical corrosion.

This is one of my favorite old school cars. In mint condition except the wheels. I was able to take care of them in one afternoon. Baby got new shoes.

I am still working on getting the powder coating equipment. That way I can also redo the Black chrome on later M3 and M6 BMW cars.

This car came in with some accident damage as well as some curb rash. All wheels needed some work but the one pictured below is by far the one that looked the worst.

I was able to redo all of them. It took me a little longer than I expected but the results speak for themselves.

VW R32 Wheel Repair

This came in with some curb damage to the outer rim area. You can see the damage on the right side. I was able to fix it in one afternoon and cleared it to match the rest of the wheel. The before and after pictures were taken under different lighting conditions but the paint is a match.

It is from a VW R32. A car that is 240 HP strong and AWD. Read more about it at Motortrend.com.

I may be doing a set of Range Rover wheels this weekend and should be able to update with pics sometime Saturday or Sunday.

Wheel Repair and Lip Rim Polish

A customer had 19″ aftermarket wheels on his car that were damaged by the previous owner. I had to repair all four and then polish the lip to a high gloss shine followed by sealing in the finish with clearcoat. The next day i wet sanded and polished the clear coat to really make it stand out. Below are pictures of the worst wheel and the before and after results.
